My GD Experience
After owning 2 competitors RVs, my wife and I bought our first Grand Design, an Imagine 2600RB. Our experience has been nothing but positive. The only problem I had with the Imagine was self induced caused, by my ignorance of the systems, and a customer service rep at GD was on the phone with me for 50 minutes on a Saturday morning helping to diagnose the problem and get me off on my trip. We liked the Imagine so much that when we decided to upgrade to a fifth wheel we didn't even look at any other manufacturer. We knew it would be a Grand Design and we wanted a Reflection. After looking at the various models we choose a 327RST. After almost 8000 miles in the first 9 months we have had only 1 issue. Some how we lost the King antenna from our roof top. There was no sign of striking anything and so I called GD customer service. Within 48 hours I had a new antenna on my door step ready for me to install it. With customer service like that why would I ever consider any other manufacturer. That's why I am GDRV4LIFE!
