Me and my wife have been camping for about 40 years now and have owned everything from pop-up camper to 5th wheel toy haulers. Our latest camper was a 2016 Impact 311 toy hauler 5th wheel that we packed kayaks, mountain bikes and motorcyles in the back of. It was glorious and slept all our friends an 3 grown/ adult children with no problem. It had the double queen beds in toy box that came down from ceiling.

After owning the toy hauler for 1 year the children have either moved out of state, purchased their own homes and the youngest off to college.

Me and the wife decided to down size and purchase something with less height and weight. We spent 3 full days visiting every local dealer and searching the web for something that filled our wants and needs. We had made a list of items we wanted and didn't want in a camper from all our years of experience with camping. At a local dealer, he had taken us through many campers and 5th wheels and just before we left he had taken us through a Transcend 29TBS. We were impressed with the layout and the quality of components.

We continued looking at campers the remainder of the weekend but found ourselves comparing every camper back to the Transcend. We literally went through about 80 campers in a 3 day span and salespeople convincing us that unnecessary components we're a perfect fit for us.

We finally said to ourselves that nothing compared to the quality and feel of the Transcend. We went and purchased after the 3rd day of shopping campers and are currently preparing the camper for some fall camping in the Northeast.

Thank you Grand Design for not making me look through any more campers on the 4th day. Hands down best camper we ever owned.
