Fresh Water Drain stop getting wet

Some of the Grand Design units have the fresh water drain between the wheels which means you either get wet or have to design some pull device to release. I went to the local RV store and bought pipe connections and put a connector for my sewer hose at the bottom. This way when I drain the fresh water, I also flush my sewer hose and no my getting wet.
