How to register: 1 - Book your camp site with the KOA directly. Call 1-800-562-0533 to make your reservation. When booking tell them you are there for the Grand Design rally and want a site held by Melissa Devine. I currently have 30 sites on hold, so book now to ensure a spot. Or you can book online at https://koa.com/campgrounds/canandaigua/; in the notes of the reservation, please let them know the following: Grand Design Rally, camping with Melissa Devine, and make sure you indicate AMP needed and if you need a big rig site. NOTE: I only have 30 sites on hold, so book as soon as you can. 2 - Then email Melissa at mdevine409@gmail.com the following information… Your name That you booked your site with the KOA (remember this is step 1) The make, model and year of your rig… IE: 2017 Reflection 315RLTS I will email you back to confirm your registration and other instructions. 3 - There is a minimal registration fee of $10 that I will instruct on how to send to me, to ensure your commitment to attending the rally. NOTE: Registration will close, once we get all the sites booked or by July 31st whichever comes first.

Tentative agenda: (subject to change) Friday: Starting @ 1 PM… Register and pick-up your Rally gifts; Grand Design rep welcome talk and catered dinner; group fire Saturday: Yard sale (if you can’t sell you will have to take home, keep that in mind); crafting class (once booked I will send registration and payment directions for this); a Grand Design model to tour/walk through; GD rep and/or dealer talks; pot luck dinner; discuss 2020 rally, basket and 50/50 drawings, group fire Sunday morning: Good-byes, pack-up and head home by 11 AM

The registration for the September 2019 rally is closed. Is that because it is already full? Do you have a waiting list in case someone cancels? If so we would like to be added in hope that we might get in. Thanks Joan Sutfin

How to get on the waiting list: Call the KOA at 1-800-562-0533 and ask them to put you on the waiting list for an cancelations for the Grand Design Rally. If they call you with an opening then follow the registration instructions.

Hoping this is an annual gathering! We are Leo & Kathy De, we live in Old Forge NY and just purchased a Reflection 287! We would like to know the dates for the 2020 rally so we can try to attend and meet fellow Grand Design owners! Hope to see you all next year!
